I wish i can find the guy that helped me find my size. Really nice and he has an Xbox. Weird fact but I walked in not knowing my size and walk out with a good convo, cute top, and knowing that im a size 12.

The employees were very attentive. Even though we went in 5 mins before closing they were very nice and helpful, they did not rush us to get out and close. A little expensive though

Love American Eagle. I wish they'd lower their jean prices, but their clothes do last, so a pair of jeans from AE is going to last a while. I love that they have all sizes, even different lengths. They have all styles as well as all rises.

Did some shopping while my daughter was home from college. American Eagle is always on the list of where we go. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Isaiah, a sweet young man who informed us of sales, let us know that he was there if we needed anything. A few minutes later, Morgan greeted us, and asked if she could be of help. She quickly located several different cuts of jeans for us in a particular size. Later, we went to try the clothes on and met Zaniyah who was just as sweet and helpful as the first 2. We had a wonderful shopping experience, and I wanted these amazing associates to know how much we appreciated their help and friendliness. Your Lakeland mall location seems to be in great hands with these 3, along with several others working this day.

By far the best (N)ext Flex, Original Cut jeans; only ones that fit just right, and have the perfect amount of elasticity. Nice button down shirts, paired with surprising quality leather belts. Boxers & 6" briefs are plain, but comfortable, with a nice waistband on both. Comes in various material types. Prices are decent if you coupon correctly, and shop online. Online orders offer copious discounts, and 2-Day shipping to the storefront location.

Everyone in there is so nice. The store is always clean and I love their clothes. I had to return an item today and the process was so easy. Of course, I couldn't walk out of there empty handed so I guess in reality, it was an exchange instead of a return!

I loved how the staff greeted us when we entered. They were all very friendly. The store was neat, clean and organized. If anything was out of place they fixed it right away. I will shop at this location again mostly based on the way I was treated. But I love the clothes and the quality. Even better during the sales. Highly recommended.

AE is my husbands go to for nice, affordable jeans. We have been shopping here for years, and their clothes are always on-trend, comfortable, and built to last. The jeans are a perfect fit, and they hold up after tons of washes. The store staff is friendly and helpful without being pushy, and I appreciate how easy it is to find sizes and styles for everyone. Highly recommend
